Developing Federal Agency’s Strategic Vision 

Stratigroup practitioners developed a Federal Agency’s first ever 5-Year Strategic Plan and complementary Implementation Plan. Practitioners also provided program management to help the Program continuously meet organization performance goals.

Optimizing Healthcare

with BioTech

In response to COVID, medical health institutions adopted new biotechnology to improve care and services to underserved populations. Stratigroup practitioners designed and implemented an end-to-end transformation plan for a local government agency and over two dozen partnering health institutions.

Transforming Culture for the Employee Experience

The spinoff of a new technology company with over 90,000 employees sought to establish a new organizational culture that strengthened the employee experience. A multinational department store corporation upgraded to a new transportation management system (TMS). Stratigroup practitioners lead the implementation of the TMS and its adoption to over 65,000 end users using full scale change management and workforce strategy techniques.

Strategic Communication with Transnational Officials

In response to Ebola, a federal office worked with over 50 transnational organizations to develop  global coordination during emergency response. Stratigroup practitioners developed and lead global strategic communication and stakeholder engagement efforts to support the Federal office’s strategic goals.

Finding Supply Chain Efficiencies

Stratigroup practitioners worked with a leading consumer brand to improve inbound and outbound operations. Practitioners utilized various process improvement and training strategies to increase efficiencies.

Organizational Design

A legislative mandate required the restructuring of multiple federal offices in the National Security arena. In this multi year project, Stratigroup practitioners provided organizational design, workforce strategies, program management and project management services.

An advocacy organization with over 600 employees wanted to evaluate and adopt more equitable policies to promote greater DEI initiatives and employee experiences. Stratigroup practitioners conducted several human capital analyses to design strategy and implementation of new HR policies.
